T.C. RUTTRANS J.-S.C. is a traditional company in the field of services, dealing with construction equipment, plant repairing, technological transport and specific product sales.
The company had been formed back in 1959 and the new name RUTTRANS J.- S.C. was born in 1991 through the separation of the Building Trust Cluj. Starting with 2001, the company has been having integral private capital which offers flexibility in taking decisions, and managerial stability.
Being situated on the arterial highway, at the outskirts of Cluj-Napoca, the company extends on a 44000 square meters surface, having repair-workshops adapted to its sphere of action, ballast-pit, management office-buildings, storing areas, and parking lots.
The company also tends to align to the European regulations concerning the requirements for the environment in this sense starting with 2006, the company has implemented and certified the integrated Quality SR EN ISO 9001 : 2001, Environmental SR EN ISO 14001 : 2001 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 14001 : 2004, emphasizing the quality of the services and of the products offered by the organization.
T.C. RUTTRANS J-S.C. has a great experience in digging, using compacting equipment, and in all types of substructure works, roads, platforms, hall constructions, working with professional motor vehicles. The company also deals with general cargo haul.
Inside the group of companies created by T.C. RUTTRANS J.-S.C. , functioning T.C. SAAN RUTTRANS LTD. T.C. SAAN RUTTRANS LTD. as a result of the association between T.C. RUTTRANS J.-S.C. and the SAAN INTERNATIONAL BV, Holland . The birth of company was certificated on the 19 August 2005, and thus it has a significant landmark in the field of building plant renting, especially truck cranes. Having identified an adverse market sector, the company has directed its main activity on performing hoist works, helping in this way the engineering companies to make civil, industrial, and substructure engineering, etc.
Quality management: T.C. SAAN RUTTRANS LTD. insures a proper level of quality, corresponding to the requirements from of the field, by the implementation and certification of a personal management system of quality, by the authentification company MOODY INTERNATIONAL LTD. All the employees of the company have I.S.C.I.R. certificates released by the responsible Romanian authority, as well as professional certificates for craners, released by the competent authority of Netherlands after classes of professional training kept in this country. By the policy of quality, the T.C. SAAN RUTTRANS LTD. management agreed that our clients satisfaction stands as first priority for each of our employees and all their actions are directed towards the clients.
The staff of the company has156 members, structured on many divisions, as mentioned above.
