T.C. RUTTRANS J.-S.C possesses a whole range of machineries for digging, various buildings construction, technological haulage, and hoisting units. These equipments can be rented on shorter or longer periods in terms of an important demand or of a service contract Execution contracts can alsobe made for bigger or more important works, in this case the company reinsures the entire business logistics.
The company is authorized byR.A.R. to execute vehicle repairs, periodic technical inspections for all types of motor vehicles, as well as marketing, assembling and examination of cronotachographs and speed limiting devices, corresponding to the requirements impozed for the authorization regarding the technical endowment and the specialization of the personnel. The company is also authorized by I.S.C.I.R. for assembling – disassembling works and for up to 10 tones hoisting crab repairs, as well as for the maintenance and testing works for 1st. – 3 rd. degree hoisting crabs, bogies and machineries up to 40 tones.
The repairing activity is devided into the following fields: heat engines, gear boxes, and gear assembly, tinsmithing, locksmithery for trucks, hydraulic plants, auto service (mechanics, tinsmithing) and vehicle dye works.
The company has its own ballast–pit and can suply specific products (ballast, sand). The personnel is qualified and has a vast experience regarding the works done, being able to insure promptitude and quality.
T.C. RUTTRANS J.-S.C. performs:
a). On the basis of R.A.R. authorization (according to RNTR 1 – RNTR 4 – RNTR 8):
- repairs for all types of vehicles ;
- periodic technical inspections (P.T.I.);
- asembling, standardisation of tachographs, speed limiting devices.
b). On the basis of I.S.C.I.R. authorizations:
- repairing, assembling and disassambling of hoisting units (hoisting crabs, truck cranes, machineries , bogies) 1st.- 3 rd. degree .
c). On the basis of the co-operation contracts which produce hydraulic equipment :
- repairing and checking on test floors of all hydraulic elements (pumps, distributors, valves, hydraulic cylinders, etc.) for all types of equipment , as well as general repairs for the building equipment .
In well equiped workshops we execute the following works: tinsmithing, locksmithery, metal manufacturing, sandblast cleaning, dye work, owning the required machinery (soldring in shielding gas, drying in furnaces after dyeing).
